A Caribbean boutique beach resort where low-key luxury meets high-end service, Petit St Vincent is a place to disconnect from the world and reconnect with each other. After a successful pitch process, we were tasked with creating a new website and driving direct bookings through digital marketing.

Challenge

Petit St Vincent's unique beat was lost amongst other resorts, lacking soul and vibrancy. We were tasked to bring their honest luxury into the spotlight.

Approach

As well as a thorough investigation of the competitor landscape, we audited the brand and offering to discover their points of difference. To achieve standout, we crafted a digital experience which is relaxed and representative of the laid-back luxury of the resort, while celebrating their unique essence.

Getting the balance right

Oceanic colours and an organic typeface complimented illustrative elements and, combined with a paired back elegant structure, achieved the right balance. The path to book is equally effortless but still effective. Less of a compulsion to book, and more of a seduction to stay.
