We have proudly worked with Beaverbrook since 2018. They felt that their digital presence did not tell their story effectively - lacking the strength and emotiveness that their brand and hotel had created so well. We have since been involved in the relaunch of their website, their elevated digital strategy, and the launch of the Beaverbrook Townhouse.
Beaverbrook approached us to create a new digital presence at every online interaction to optimise the user experience and increase bookings - thoughtfully balanced with the hotel's spirit. Storytelling was paramount to this unique hotel, and creating a messaging and visual strategy that was also optimised for conversion was the challenge.
Beaverbrook and its guests' history is an ever-present undertone to the experience. Visually we took inspiration from every aspect: the interiors, artwork, and the hotel's story itself. We created a new design system to showcase this while delivering a thoughtful user journey through a series of workshops and discovery sessions. This also influenced the implementation of our ecommerce platform's voucher module, where creating a prestige offering was paramount.
