1. The Prize
The winner of the “Consider This Our Gift to You” competition will receive complimentary access to the Journey Vouchers platform for twelve (12) months from the agreed contract start date. Applicable to new Gifted clients only.
This prize consists of:
A waiver of the Journey Vouchers set-up fee, valued at €3,000 (excl. VAT); and
A waiver of the annual platform fee for the first year, valued at €3,000 (excl. VAT).
The total prize value is €6,000 (excl. VAT).
The prize applies to Digital Vouchers and/or Self-Fulfilment only. Postal or physical voucher fulfilment services are not included.
At the end of the 12-month complimentary period, standard pricing will apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Fees Not Included in the Prize
The prize covers the set-up fee and the first year’s annual platform fee only.
All other fees remain payable and are not included.
These include, without limitation:

3. Payment Terms
All prices shown exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Annual fees and set-up fees (where applicable outside of this prize) are payable on order.
Prices are subject to change in accordance with Journey’s standard terms and conditions.
Special terms may be subject to scope and agreement.
4. Legal & Contractual Framework
The prize and subsequent platform use are subject to:
Acceptance of the prize requires execution of Journey’s standard contractual documentation and compliance with all applicable terms.
The contact details of each Participant must be registered. By entering, the participant 1) gets the right to enter, and 2) agrees that Journey can use their contact details.
Competition dates
The competition will run from 9am Monday 23 February 2026 (the “Opening Date”) to 5:15pm on Tuesday 24 February 2026 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive.
Competition entry deadline
All competition entries must be received by the Promoter no later than 5:15pm on the Closing Date. All entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
To enter the competition, Participants will be required to:
a) Attend the Irish Hotels Federation Showtel at Gleneagle Hotel and INEC on Monday 23 and/or Tuesday 24 February 2026.
b) Enter participant contact details into the competition entry form on https://journey.travel/event-form.
No purchase necessary
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
The Promoter will not accept competition entries
Responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or incomplete, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

Competition residents
The competition is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except:
Employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies.
Members of the immediate families or households of the Promoter.
Eligibility to enter
In order to enter the competition, you confirm that you are eligible and eligible to claim any prize that may be awarded. The Promoter may require proof of eligibility in order to enter the competition.
The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:
completed by third parties;
(a) have been altered, forged or tampered with;
(b) incomprehensible or incomplete.
Multiple entries
Multiple entries per person are not permitted. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of this prize competition.
Number of prizes
There is 1 prize of a Journey Vouchers platform free for a year, valued at €6,000 subject to terms and conditions.
Prize substitution
There is no cash alternative for the prize.
Prize supplier
The prize is supplied by Journey. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal value if circumstances beyond its control makes it necessary to do so.
The prize is non negotiable or transferable.
Upon contract execution Journey will initiate the standard digital voucher onboarding process.
Final decision
The decision of the Promoter or the judges nominated by the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
Contact the winner
The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date, using the email address provided with the competition entry form.
Publishing winner
The Promoter must publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will publish the name of the prize winner on the Journey company LinkedIn page before 28 February 2026.
Third-party claims
The prize cannot be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
Claiming prize
If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within 28 of days of the Announcement Date, then the Promoter reserves the right to remove the offer of the prize.
Promoter not responsible
The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not be responsible or liable to compensate the winner(s) or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of participation or taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors (whether acting in their individual capacity or as part of a group) or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

All competition entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.

(a) Assign intellectual property

You agree to grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide (for a period of 5 years), irrevocable licence to use, display, publish (including transmitting and copying), copy (including altering), store (including re-formatting) and sublicense the competition entry [and any accompanying materials] for such purposes.]
The entrants personal data provided to the Promoter, will be collected and processed by the Promoter, in order to administer and fulfil the Promotion. The Promoter will only process personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy. If the entrant chooses to opt-in to future marketing, the Promoter will use the entrants personal data for marketing purposes (see our Privacy Policy for more details). You can opt out at any time. See also condition 6.3, with regard to the announcement of winners.
Breach of terms
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your participation in the competition.
Promoter’s right
If it becomes necessary to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel or amend the prize competition.
Governing law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
