The Vineyard is a five-star Relais & Chateaux hotel with a fine dining restaurant, a 30,000-bottle wine cellar and a Five Bubble spa. We were commissioned to reimagine their current digital platform to reflect the love of detail and craft so prominent in the hotel itself.
Challenge
The challenge was representing the many experiences on offer, in a way that felt unmistakably Vineyard. The balance between conversion and luxury was a fine one that required careful thought to ensure it translated to every channel.
Approach
Through a series of stakeholder interviews and research, we developed a strategy to deliver a seamless booking journey and a visual aesthetic that worked as a fine pairing to drive conversion and engagement.
