Puente Romano is Marbella's most sought beach resort. With a village-style feel instead of a typical resort atmosphere, the resort celebrates the finer things, from their Six Senses Spa, 14 unique stunning restaurants, and world-famous tennis courts.
Puente Romano struggled to tell its story. With so many facets to the resort, it was difficult to effectively communicate the unique proposition. We were asked to create a new brand, website, and marketing communications that reflected the resort's true personality.
After a site visit, we set about crafting the brand. A series of stakeholder workshops and internal creative sprints realised a clear direction. We created the brand core, revitalised the resort's design system, and delivered a comprehensive brand guideline. We worked closely with the resort to verbalise their core values, which manifested into an onboarding handbook for new starters. The final ingredient was to art direct a photoshoot to capture the true essence of Puente Romano. The first step of the digital process was to conduct a content audit. With so many offerings in one resort, it was vital for the user experience that the ability to discover information was intuitive and complemented the path to book. Our content team got to work alongside the UX team to deliver a content-first framework for the website.
