Journey Hospitality boosts industry expertise with senior hires
Journey Hospitality has announced the appointment of three female leaders to continue their ambitious growth in hotel ecommerce.
These latest appointments come after a strong 12 months - including the launch of their onejourney product and new business wins with Grantley Hall, Harbour Hotels and The Londoner - and represent a big step forward in their plans to grow their pioneering technology offering.
The business has hired:
- Elizabeth Regan, Commercial Director - onejourney
- Cassandra Tavares, Implementation Manager - onejourney
- Louise Ryan, Marketing Director
Elizabeth Regan is a hospitality and wellness expert with 20 years experience in the industry working and consulting at leading destinations such as Hilton Queenstown, Niyama & Huvafen Fushi Maldives by MINOR Hotel Group, Viceroy Hotel Group and Silversands Grenada. Her previous role was General Manager of a Luxury Wellness Club in London. Regan is Commercial Director for onejourney and is a Board Director of the UK Spa Association.
Cassandra Taveres is an operations and analytics professional with hands-on experience in Reservations and Front Office management. Taveres has worked at Park Hyatt Goa, Atlantis the Palm, Aman Resorts in Venice and Laos and most recently as the Front Office Manager at Heckfield Place, Hampshire. Cassandra will be responsible for onejourney onsite implementation with hotel partners.
Louise Ryan is a digital marketing and ecommerce expert with 15 years experience. Ryan has worked for lastminute.com, wotif.com and Expedia in Sydney and London. Her previous role was Head of Global Marketing and Executive member for Touring brands (Topdeck and Back-Roads) at Flight Centre Travel Group, London. Ryan is Marketing Director and will be responsible for Journey Hospitality’s marketing communications.
