Developing a creative digital strategy for the launch of Manhattan Loft Gardens

Background

Launching a luxury lifestyle brand to new heights

Manhattan Loft Gardens is an iconic double-cantilever skyscraper founded by the Manhattan Loft Corporation's CEO, Harry Handelsman, and designed by Skidmore, Ownings & Merrill (SOM) - the architects responsible for the Burj Khalifa. The project is home to three sky gardens, two restaurants, 248 loft apartments, and a 145-bedroom design hotel, The Stratford.

The Stratford and The Stratford Lofts are more than just places to stay. They are part of a vibrant vertical community that offers a unique, immersive lifestyle through a series of carefully curated cultural events.

"Wherever we’ve gone, whatever we’ve done, we’ve always surprised. 10 years in the making, our most ambitious project yet has got everyone talking."

Strategy

Taking a brand to the next level

Working closely with the founder, Harry Handelsman, we developed and implemented the creative digital strategy for the launch. We needed to design a website that not only offered an exceptional user experience, but showcased the unique hotel and loft living concept. We were also tasked with generating loft residential sales and raising brand awareness through digital marketing activity.

As the project offers both hotel stays and long-term living, we had to ensure the website and digital communications appealed to the respective audiences. It was also vital that we captured Manhattan Loft Gardens’ unique value proposition of offering guests the opportunity to collaborate and connect with one another and their wider neighbourhood.

Results

One of the most anticipated London hotel openings of all time

Working closely with Harry Handlesman and his team, we have been able to successfully leverage the draw of the architecture, effectively move across marketing verticals, and communicate the vision of the project and the design consistently throughout the website and across all digital marketing activity.
