With their distinctly Cypriot architecture, award-winning spa, two pools including an infinity pool, gourmet restaurants, and stunning location, the resort promises the holiday of a lifetime.

They challenged us to create a website design that elevated Columbia Beach Resorts 5* luxury offering and streamlined the guest journey and booking experience to help increase website conversions.

Journey were chosen to lead and direct an effective brand positioning and digital marketing strategy through our digital marketing programme. This is a results-driven 360° digital marketing programme designed to help hotels drive guest acquisition,maximise online conversion and increase client retention. Working with the team we led creative online advertising campaigns to display their exclusive offers and packages - which have given the property a competitive edge over third parties and OTAs. Ensuring these offers and packages have been optimally promoted on-site and through effective multi-channel digital campaigns to ensure they are personalised to each of their target markets, ensuring that Columbia Beach Resort are front of mind for guests.
