About us

We drive direct business for hoteliers through end-to-end guest acquisition and online conversion. We partner with luxury hotels and resorts to increase their online revenue and maximise profits through a unique blend of digital expertise, industry insight and custom-built technology.

Role Overview

The Performance and Revenue team provides insights and analysis for our hotels across the agency. Working closely with key departments, digital, conversion and retention and client success teams.

The Revenue Manager will ensure revenue potential is achieved on a daily basis by analysing data, identifying trends which will deliver budgeted sales as well as closely monitoring the cost of acquisition for our online channels.

Planning prioritisation, organisation and communication is needed with a relevant working knowledge of revenue management as a discipline.

You will be working on our success model, where our hotels pay on the results we achieve.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver the pricing strategy for online channels
  • Manage all hotel distribution channels and the pricing across each to maximise occupancy and rate
  • Demonstrate, clearly what increase in revenue and occupancy has been achieved through robust channel management
  • Influence the adwords campaign and budget based on data insights and tactical campaigns needed
  • Maintain the development of our booking engine, keep up to speed with current industry developments in this area
  • Prepare weekly and monthly commentary across all online channels that inform the marketing strategy
  • Ensure the hotel is working with the most appropriate 3rd party vendors when necessary
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with all departmental leads on property
  • Key Performance indicators/Outputs
  • Effective pricing strategy that delivers rooms revenue budget in line with ADR, Yield and Occupancy
  • OTA channel swings to direct online business
  • Balanced occupancy and rate in peak periods
  • Effective forecasting – no more than a 5% variance in sales

Procedures and processes

Procedures and processes must be reviewed regularly, ensuring efficiency, and effectiveness. All new tasks and actions will be documented and shared.
Time and project management skills are important. We work as a team to share projects as well as sharing specialist knowledge for all partner hotels on our revenue management program.

Quality and standards

  • Working with the performance teams, you will share your market knowledge in the agency daily stand ups.  Participate in monthly Team Workshops informing the team of revenue management developments
