Role Overview

To support the Commercial Director and Implementations team with the successful onboarding, launch and continual success and growth across our tech platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Sales liaison (ensuring smooth handover of clients from sales to implementations) 
  • Support CD by inputting all tasks and briefs into scheduling system and ensuring these are delivered to the CD and clients on time 
  • To create comprehensive briefs for each task added to scheduling system 
  • Administering Digital Job Bags and PM assignment in sprints
  • Ensure all work scheduled in is within the allocated resource allowed and managing this on a day-to-day basis with the Project Manager (PM)
  • Managing the PM software and reporting on capacity management and deliverables 
  • Creation of weekly status reports for all key client accounts for CD
  • QA a range of projects ahead of the scheduled go live date to ensure the highest standards of our product are being met
  • Assisting CSM to run and take notes on internal meetings (Sprint meeting/weekley PM project meeting)
  • Organising and chairing monthly/quarterly retrospective meetings 
  • Championing our Customer Success Platform (Planhat) and ensuring clean data for all client accounts (contract uploading, setting review dates & alerting of fine print ie/free trials etc)
  • Ad Hoc admin tasks (updating spreadsheets and Xero where necessary)
  • Supporting management of shared inboxes
  • Developing knowledge of our products and their competitors
  • To create detailed revenue reporting each month (per module/per client)
  • Coordinate and lead on internal team training and onboarding new systems

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:

  • 1 year + Client or customer facing experience and account management
  • Knowledge of the following software would be of benefit:
  • Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PP)
  • Google Suite (Docs/Sheets/Slides etc)
  • Click-up (or other Project Management Systems)
  • Planhat (or alternative CRM/CSP platforms)
